United Kingdom

At checkout we only charge shipping. If UK customs applies VAT or import duties to your parcel, the courier collects them from the recipient before or on delivery.

United States 

At checkout we only charge shipping. Import duties and taxes are not included in our prices. If US customs applies them, the courier collects them from the recipient before or on delivery.

Switzerland, Norway and other countries

Your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. These are paid by the recipient and aren't included in our prices. If a parcel is refused because charges weren't paid, the original shipping cost isn't refunded.
