You have complete control over your subscription at all times. From your Minibricks account you can:

- Pause your subscription

- Skip a month

- Cancel entirely

All changes take effect immediately and there are no cancellation fees.

How to manage your subscription

1. Log in to your Minibricks account

2. Go to the subscription management section

3. Select the action you'd like to take

If you have any trouble, email us at [email protected] and we'll handle it manually right away.

Important — billing deadline

To avoid being charged for the next month, make sure to cancel or pause before your next billing date.

What if I receive a duplicate?

While our system is designed to prevent duplicates, if you ever receive the same model twice we'll make it right immediately.

Email us at [email protected] with:

1. Your order number

2. Photos of both items showing they are the same model

Once verified, we'll send you the correct replacement set right away at no extra cost.
