We replace missing or defective building pieces free of charge.

Check these first

1. Look in the numbered bag for that step and the next one. Small pieces often sit in a later bag.
2. Check the bag of spare pieces, if your set includes one.
3. Check the floor and inside the box.

Request your pieces 

Email [email protected] with:

1. Your order number
2. The name of the set
3. A photo of the building instructions page with each piece you need clearly circled, plus the piece number if it's shown. Our warehouse uses this photo to pick the exact piece, so the clearer it is, the faster your pieces arrive

Replacement pieces ship in a small envelope, separate from any other order. If many pieces are missing, we'll send a new set or a refund.
