We accept returns within 7 days of delivery or 30 days from order date, whichever comes last.

Am I eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition

- All original packaging and tags must be intact

- 30 days must not have passed since your order date

Non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable digital products

- Sale items

How to initiate a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review and send you return instructions.

3. Pack the item carefully including all original packaging.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Important notes

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If a discount was applied to your order, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
