You can return any set within 14 days of delivery.

Customers in the EU 

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. This includes sale items. We refund the product and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your request. We may wait until the set is back with us, or until you send proof of return.

Customers outside the EU

You can return unused sets within 14 days of delivery, with all original packaging and building pieces. We refund the product price. The original shipping cost is not refunded.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number, or use the Withdraw Contract form.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the set in its original box and send it to the return address we give you. Please don't use the address on the shipping label: it belongs to the courier's warehouse, not ours, and we won't receive your return there. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the set is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
4. Your refund goes to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
