Check that:

1. The code is typed exactly as sent, without spaces.
2. It hasn't expired.
3. Your order reaches the minimum spend, if the code has one.
4. You're using only one code. Codes can't be combined.
5. The sets in your cart aren't already on offer.
6. Welcome codes are for first orders and the email they were sent to.

Codes can't be added after an order is placed. If your code still doesn't work, email [email protected] before you order with the code and a screenshot of the error.
