Payment methods 

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and local methods such as Bancontact, BLIK, iDEAL, MB WAY, MobilePay and Satispay. The methods available in your country are shown at checkout.

When is my payment taken?

Your payment is authorised when you order and taken once your order passes our standard security check, usually within 24 hours. You may see a pending amount on your account until then.

My payment failed

1. Check that your card details and billing address are correct.
2. Approve the payment in your banking app if it asks you to.
3. Try another payment method, such as PayPal.

I see two charges

One is usually a pending authorisation from a failed attempt. It disappears automatically, normally within 7 days, depending on your bank. If both charges are still there after that, email [email protected] with a screenshot.
