• Cancelled before dispatch: we refund you as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 7 business days to show in your account.
• EU returns: within 14 days of your return request. We may wait until the set is back with us, or until you send proof of return.
• Returns outside the EU: once the set is back with us and checked.
• Lost or damaged parcels: once the courier confirms the claim, or sooner if we send a replacement instead.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, a refund can take up to 7 business days to show in your account. If you've waited longer, email [email protected] and we'll send you the refund reference to give to your bank.
